Painting for adults
Description:
The painting for adults course provides students with a space to develop unique and formal painting skills. This course focuses on color, composition and formal aspects of painting with acrylics. A master painter will go through a variety of topics that will facilitate the students own unique direction in painting. From the course, students will be able t0 approach materials and techniques in still life, landscape/nature, and abstract subjects with confidence. This course is suitable for skill levels of all kinds.
At the end of the course the students will be encouraged to have a group show that will be held in the River Market atrium. The full cycle of working with a master painter through publicly exhibiting the works, students will have an opportunity to learn and grow their skills.
Materials Provided by Fruition Labs:
- Acrylic Paints
- An Easel (on loan)
- Some Brushes (on loan)
- Three Canvases

Wednesday morning (10am to 1pm)
Afternoon class (2pm to 5pm)
Minimum Enrollment:
- 8 students
- Note: if the minimum enrollment is not met then we will refund all course fees.
